Yikes! I'm so sorry. That really stinks and I know there's nothing that can be done now, but still. . .
But on the upside: HOORAY NEW COUCH!
When you say "they" does that mean that you have dogs? Or do you mean the children? 'Cause at first I was pretty shocked. But then I thought about how I have a child who likes to lick tvs and rip blinds from windows for fun, and I wouldn't really doubt that he'd destuff a couch in seconds, if given the chance. So I guess it's not shocking at all.
Also, I'm with Mombabe - YAY for a new couch!
if I can find the paperwork, we should be able to have it repaied/replaced with our warranty. if only I could remember where that was...
